Marketing Monday: Physiq Design

This weekend, Velvet Cartel will be hosting the 4th annual Physiq Fitness Fashion Show benefitting the Breast Cancer Resource Centers of Austin. As always, it will be a truly memorable night of fierce runway action, charity, music, and as per the theme of this year, GLO everything. There is no doubt that Velvet Cartel produces the best, most dynamic events. We would like to share a little about the design processes behind the event. When you walk into Summit on August 30th, you will notice the signature Velvet Cartel flair. Custom signage, clear-as-crystal runway, four original fitness clothing lines—including Physiq and Monica Brant—and a general atmosphere of the edginess that has come to be associated with all things Velvet Cartel.

The featured fashion is comprised of blanks from our most trusted retailers, hand picked by The Velvet Cartel and embellished with logos using several of our favorite, quality methods.

This deck is a strategically designed, in depth style guide outlining our visions for the event including the stats from past events, desired demographics, sponsorship pricing, an incredibly concisely constructed mood board, as well as apparel options for the runway.

Nothing about the Physiq Fitness Fashion Show has been left to chance. Velvet Cartel’s skilled and innovative team of designers have dreamed up—and executed—an incredible event that we are sure will live up to the Velvet Cartel legacy. See you there.
